⅔ cup orange juice⅓ cup light vanilla soy milk (I like Silk
Light Vanilla Soy milk) or light vanilla almond milk,
reduced-fat or fat-free milk, if desired
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 packages Stevia, Splenda, Equal or any sugar substitute or
regular sugar, to taste
1½ cups ice cubes
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high for about 1 minute or until the ice is
crushed and the smoothie becomes frothy.
Makes 1 smoothie
Substitution TipThis smoothie also works great
with fat-free or reduced-fat milk although I was pleasantly
surprised by how great the vanilla soy milk or vanilla almond
milk taste in this light smoothie.
